We will be having a planned maintenance during which some of our nodes will be physically upgraded to increase security, network speed and reliability.
Details of the planned maintenance are as follows :

Latest Finish: 30/04/19 @ 15:00 GMT
Impact: Inevitable downtime as the nodes will physically need to be switched off to perform the upgrades

Customers on nodes 960 to 966 will experience an inevitable downtime between 9:30 and 14:00
Customers on nodes 6xx to 9xx are not affected
Customers on nodes 4xx and 5xx will notice a small traffic drop when the nodes 96x are put back online
Customers on nodes 900 to 959 are not affected
Customers on dedicated servers are not affected
Customers on shared hosting and emails are not affected
Customers with domains are not affected

*ETAs are maximum values. If the downtime goes past this value, our SLA entitles customer to claim back credit for it.
