Due to a number of abusing customers, we have now changed the way we are allocating additional IPs.

From today, 26/05/2018, a form (re. Terms of Service paragraph 17) with full customer details including phone number and full address verification will be required when processing an application. A random string of 7 characters will be sent to the requester : 4 characters to the mobile phone and the 3 remaining characters to the physical address provided when registering. We will also run anti-fraud checks on some customers we deem at risk.

For that matter, any IP allocation application can take up to 7 days depending on where the request is made from and during which we will be running our internal security checks.
Please note that a refundable deposit at the begining of the rental may be required - This deposit will be lost should our ranges become blacklisted.
