We are aware of a connectivity issue affecting some of our customers on the following ranges :
Some do get a ping, some none at all.
The issue is related to our native and backup routers. The most recent firmware upgrade did not complete successfully and bricked the boxes. We are therefore having new routers dispatched to us and our techs will be reconfiguring those as soon as delivered.
No downtime or issues have been reported on the other ranges and all services are working perfectly.
Note : As part of our SLA, if you have been affected by the above, please raise a ticket as we will be providing a credit on affected accounts for the downtime caused.
