The routers have now been replaced and the servers are back online. For some, the downtime was at irregular intervals, for others it was a long single downtime.
The issue has now been resolved and as per our Terms and Conditions we will provide a 10% discount on all affected customers for each of their down servers within the next 24 hrs.
